Welcome! In 2006, my husband & I purchased a 1917 Craftsman Bungalow in downtown Royal Oak, MI. I had always had a curiosity about older homes & was excited to finally own one. We immediately set about remodeling the house. During the remodeling I searched the internet & books to get ideas for our different house projects. How I wished there was a website showcasing vintage homes in our area.....and that is when the idea for this website was born.
